FairHeat is delighted to announce that Lead Engineers Dan Staunton and James Gallimore have been promoted to Senior Engineers.
The promotion comes in recognition of their technical expertise in heat networks and commitment to their own personal development. They worked across both sides of the business extensively (operations and new build) and have shown great leadership skills particularly around the mentoring of our graduate engineers. Dan and James have also recently received Chartership and are qualified Prince 2 Project Management Practitioners.
Gareth Jones, Managing Director of FairHeat, comments:
Dan was actually the second employee to join FairHeat as a graduate Engineer. Over the past few years, he worked hard and made a great impact in the heat networks market. James has also been impressive throughout his journey in FairHeat, specifically in how he has transitioned into the sector and made big moves.
Both Dan and James came to FairHeat from an oil and gas background, which also makes me proud of FairHeat, that we are able to bring in talent from other sectors and integrate them as real assets in our own industry.
