Debbie joined FairHeat in late 2018 as Office Manager.  She has over 25 years’ experience in administration, office and facilities management.  Most recently she was Administration Manager for a Winchester-based planning consultancy, where she developed and built the role during her 14-year tenure, whilst managing a busy team of support staff.  Her earlier career includes founding and running a successful secretarial support business, managing the business operations and support functions of a London-based law firm and in various B2B support positions.
